Our kids love IAWAH – and I am grateful for the fruit it has borne in their lives. It has been foundational to their faith.
You invested a lot of time finding out what our needs were and then doing everything you could to meet them. I felt cared for!
We love the seeds of faith that the camp fosters and nurtures. The tween age is particularly challenging... and we feel the more exposure to positive Christian role models, the better.
What I learned was the true power of God and his acceptance of people – whether they are perfect or not. I learned to always trust in the Lord and always have faith in his plans. This week changed my commitment and helped me to know that when no one is there for you – God is!
The natural setting is spectacular; staff are warm, welcoming and accommodating. The food is exceptional. Is it always like this?
Sent a 9 year old to camp and a 15 year old came home.
The meals were out of this world, so nice to be catered to – and the service was wonderful. Thank you for such a peaceful, calm and rejuvenating experience.

Thank God for IAWAH – Our lives will be changed forever. We will always consider ourselves a part of the family at IAWAH.
What is the value of a week at camp camp? A week in nature, away from city life and screens is a real positive. The mentorship and positive role-modeling of cabin leaders is valuable, especially for 14 year old boys. Spiritual teaching and encouragement in the camp setting is a positive.
One of my goals is to develop tomorrow’s leaders by giving them a good foundation to build on. I am impressed by IAWAH’s leadership training program because I feel it is a strong program and on the right track.
