What I learned was the true power of God and his acceptance of people – whether they are perfect or not. I learned to always trust in the Lord and always have faith in his plans. This week changed my commitment and helped me to know that when no one is there for you – God is!
Plantings seeds of faith...Nurturing Disciples...Cultivating Godly Character and Leadership
The meals were out of this world, so nice to be catered to – and the service was wonderful. Thank you for such a peaceful, calm and rejuvenating experience.

One thing I learned this summer is that when you face your fears you are able to do things you never thought you could do.
You achieve a high standard of efficiency and friendliness...People at IAWAH make you feel at home – and like honored guests at the same time
Thank you for the tremendous job you have done in cultivating an atmosphere at camp where young people can hear the voice of God.
The young people who staff this place are wonderful. They are gracious and serious in their service of campers – and also, quite the riot when the occasion calls for it.
What is the value of a week at camp camp? A week in nature, away from city life and screens is a real positive. The mentorship and positive role-modeling of cabin leaders is valuable, especially for 14 year old boys. Spiritual teaching and encouragement in the camp setting is a positive.
The staff showed love for the campers, while bringing a positive spiritual experience.
When you step on to the property, it is powerfully evident that God is at work here. It is clear that God has a purpose for the people at IAWAH.
