Spring & Schools Staff
Our Spring Season has two distinct start dates with May consisting mostly of serving rental groups, site maintenance, and summer planning; and June bringing in mainly school retreats and day trips.
Certification in First Aid, Bronze Cross, NLS or Challenge Course is an asset. Other training will be provided on site.
Preference is given to those who have been accepted to Summer Staff as well particularly—-though not limited to-—YDLP and Camping leadership staff positions.
Join our team of 8-16 staff as we work hard with our hands serving guests, preparing the site for summer and setting a cultural tone of active seeking, servant leadership and mutual respect that we carry on into our summer as leadership staff. (Minimum requirement for all staff positions is the completion of grade 11.)

Summer Staff
Summer Staff stay busy running engaging activities, epic games, Christ-centred PrimeTime gatherings and quality cabin life. Staff members in camping spend their time with children, youth and families building relationships where life with Christ is an exciting reality.
Supervisory Staff roles include many different forms of leading, training, coaching and mentoring other staff members such as Activity Head, Kitchen Lead and Don.
YDLP Staff serve as leaders by teaching, coaching and mentoring youth in our Leadership programs; CREW, ROOTs and REACH.

Fall Staff
Fall staff serve at IAWAH with our valued retreat, conference and high school leadership groups. Staff spend the majority of their time in food service, dining room hosting, housekeeping and facility operations.
Join our close-knit team of 4-8 staff in the beautiful autumn season at IAWAH as we create a safe and welcoming space for our guests to more deeply experience God.
