IAWAH Experiences
Camp IAWAH is so much fun in the winter, and the winter family retreat takes advantage of all camp offers during the snow season. From Skating to broomball, tubing, and cozy outdoor campfires, we love spending time outdoors during the family retreat. But don’t worry, we have lots to do inside as well, board-game nights, games in the gym, climbing, crafts, and chatting with new friends and family around the wood-stove. There is something for everyone at the winter family retreat.
Accommodations
Pack your bedding and stay in one of our winterized lodge rooms with your family. Some accommodations have a dedicated bathroom, while others share a dorm-style bathroom. IAWAH staff will assign rooms in lodges.
IAWAH is known for its outstanding food service. The winter family retreat includes hearty meals with lots of variety from Friday Snack through Monday Brunch. Please let us know if you have any dietary needs (ie. vegan, gluten-free, shellfish allergy) before your arrival so we can serve you well.
The individual retreat fee includes 5 meals (with lots of choice) and 2 snacks. Coffee and tea, water, and a fruit bowl are always available, to guests no matter the time of day.
