Chateau, Judy’s Pond, Chapel Point, Mosquito Island, and Derbyshire Lodge are some of the favorite places that make up 220 acres called Camp lawah. Since 1956 lawah has been a place that thousands of people have looked back on as “that place”, “that key turning point”, “that incredible summer”, where faith was ignited, character matured, relationships were built and lifetime memories were made. The results are clear. Many have gone out from lawah to impact their world with their character, faith, and leadership skills.
Now more than ever lawah plays a key role in a person’s spiritual and leadership journey. Social media saturates kids and adults with messages that shape and disciple them. lawah is positioned to come alongside people, invest, and shape lives with truth and grace. Ways to Give
Bequests: Consider including a bequest in your will or trust, specifying a percentage or specific amount of your estate to be donated to Camp Iawah.
Life Insurance: Name Camp Iawah as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy or transfer ownership to us.
Charitable Remainder Trusts: This planned gift provides you with income for life, with the remainder benefiting Camp Iawah upon your passing.
Charitable Gift Annuities: Enter into a contract with us, making a gift in exchange for a fixed income stream for life.
Charitable Lead Trusts: Support Camp Iawah through a trust that provides income for a set period, after which the remaining assets go to you or your heirs.
Real Estate: Donate real estate to Camp Iawah either during your lifetime or through your estate plan.
Retirement Plans: Designate Camp Iawah as the beneficiary of your retirement plans, including RSPs and RRIFs.
