Overview
As the purpose of IAWAH is to plant seeds of faith, nurture disciples, and to cultivate Godly Character and leadership, we strive to immerse our staff in a Christian community that provides solid teaching, structured mentorship and accountability as well as unlimited opportunities to be stretched and challenged in their leadership campers and peers.
We seek staff, passionate about investing in the next generation and sharing their experience and faith in order to enrich the lives of others; young people who are excited to continue to develop their organizational skills, creativity, responsibility and independence while pouring their lives out for those they serve here.
We believe that our love of God can be expressed through our love and support of others and that as we strive for excellence in communication, conflict resolution, team management skills and all that we do here, we are able to develop the hearts and minds of young leaders who will continue on as deeply rooted followers of Christ, thriving wherever they are planted.
We provide our staff with many growth and training opportunities at IAWAH as well as outside of our designated training time – IAWAH is committed to assist in acquiring necessary training, building a flexible, talented and highly skilled team.
